Elise HorningElise Horning

Ms. Horning is the President and CEO of Revenue Management Solutions (RMS); a full service consulting firm that seeks to assist small to mid sized companies with improving their cash flow processes. Services include process assessment, project management, a/r outsourcing, automated collection software and credit group administration.

Previous employers on Ms. Horning's resume include Atlantic Container Line, Avis Rent a Car, Panafax Corporation and Citicorp Retail Card Services. At these various companies she was instrumental in oversight of the planning, preparation, delivery, and internal documentation processes of major international credit and collection areas. Ms. Horning's experience extends to this variety of industries which includes banking, manufacturing, rental cars and maritime transportation. Ms. Horning has lived and worked in the UK and worked in continental Europe so she has been exposed to a variety of collection environments.

During her career, Ms. Horning has participated in numerous projects requiring best practices application and accredited management standards. Ms. Horning is experienced in providing business process documentation, with an emphasis on charting related procedures within an organization. She has participated in a large scale SAP implementation, Business Continuity Plans and RFP's for banking and lockbox requirements.

On a creative level Ms. Horning was provided the privilege of redesigning a billing statement for the Avis Rent a Car organization as well a producing a collections training video for Atlantic Container Line. Through the years, she has built relationships in various industry and government sectors and accumulated knowledge of the various aspects of credit and collections.

Ms. Horning attended New York State University College at New Paltz and New York Technical College where she studied Fine Arts and Business. Her past tenure includes two years as co-vice chair of the Maritime Credit Group which represented sixteen major shipping lines. Additionally, in her capacity as Director at Large for the Organization for Women in Int'l Trade (OWIT) she continues to add to her experience through oversight of increasing membership to this educational networking group.
